Narbis Neurofeedback Smart Glasses System: Required Tablet Update

Overview

To ensure your Narbis tablet continues to function correctly, a required software update is necessary. This article will guide you through the process of resetting your tablet, downloading, and installing the new app updates, and configuring your tablet for use. Please note that any data saved on your tablet will not carry over to the new update.

Steps to Update Your Narbis Tablet

  1. Watch the Instructional Video: We have created a comprehensive video that explains each step in the update process. Please watch the video below to proceed.

  2. Backup Important Data:

    • Any data in the history screen will not be carried over to the new update.
    • To save important information, take screenshots or use your phone to capture photos or videos of the data.
  3. Reset Your Tablet:

    • Follow the steps in the video to reset your tablet to its factory settings.
    • Tap Settings>System>Advanced>Reset Options>Erase all data (factory reset)>Erase all data
  4. Download New App Updates:

    • After resetting your tablet, download the latest app updates as shown in the video.
    • After initial setup, connect tablet to Wi-Fi
    • Enter addres t.ly/DMMd2 into tablet browser to download files
    • Download all files by tapping each one and tapping download
  5. Install the Updates:

    • Install the new updates on your tablet by following the instructions provided in the video.
    • Install app-82-release.apk, and NovaLauncher.apk
    • Open novabackup file
  6. Configure Your Tablet:

    • Once the updates are installed, configure your tablet for use as demonstrated in the video.
